We call for a police officer to be present during our service so he can authorize us opening your locks without permission from either party involved; often these officers will require written authorizations from owners before allowing anyone access (i e personnel). If someone cannot provide identification but does have authorization via notarized letter then there’s no problem whatsoever – they’ll just need help getting those things signed!
